 ‘ALFA’ Program aims at providing students in need with the essential financial support.  ‘ALFA’ beneficiaries are students who belong to families with:
- A deceased head of households
- An imprisoned wage earner
- More than 3 children
- A family member with special needs
- Below poverty income level (According to UN standards)
